Firstly ensure that you have your customer number which can be found on your purchase invoice.
 

This will allow you to connect yourself to the client section.

 

Your default password is your last name. However, if you have a name such as “De la Tour”, your password will be “delatour”.

NB( tip): ignore the upper and lower case for passwords.
